Long before founding Leverick Homes, Jeremiah was buying, renovating, building, selling, and evaluating homes. As a builder, real estate appraiser, and longtime Realtor, he has spent his career looking at houses from nearly every angle; how they are designed, how they are built, what lasts, what doesn't, and which details separate a truly well-built home from one that simply looks good when it's finished.
Today, Leverick Homes brings that experience to a select number of custom homes and significant renovations throughout Middle Tennessee. We work alongside homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled craftspeople to build homes that are deeply personal in design while maintaining our standards for the materials, methods, and construction details that matter behind the finished surfaces.
