  • At Leverick Homes, we use this terminology to describe our focus on the health of our clients and the home.  We spend more time indoors than we do out. There are a variety of toxins that enter a home and these toxins can lead to health issues for its occupants. Focusing on air quality is a top priority for us. Also, like humans, homes needs certain things to make sure they can have a healthy life.  A proper focus on both the home and its occupants can create a happy healthy environment for years to come.

  • This is probably the most asked question any builder gets and the short answer is, it depends.

For new construction, there are a variety ways a project can go and this depends on what the client wants. We also have to consider aspects to the site, utilities to the home, retaining walls. and dirt and rock removal, to name a few. Also, client desires on finish levels can vary leading to a wider swing in costs.

On a renovation, this number becomes more difficult to predict. Wiring, plumbing, framing, floor tie-ins, and existing damage, are just a few areas difficult to predict until some walls are opened. Understanding construction techniques performed during the age of the home is of utmost importance.

We consult with our clients during the planning phase to make sure the client is educated on all aspects of the project.
